5 round letter beads approx 6mm diameter.                        Beaded center of split ring
        (Hole is horizontal to letter)                                            Self closing mock ring
2 shuttles

Abbreviations:
R: Ring                                                        --: long picot (3/8")
C: Chain                                                      =: small picot for joining
SR: Split Ring                                              +: join
SCMR: Self closing mock ring                        SLJ: shuttle lock join
BC: Add bead to center of split ring                   SS: switch shuttles
p: picot                                                        S1, S2: Shuttle 1, Shuttle 2
-: picot (3/16")

Note: This works if your name consists of 5 or less letters in your name. If you have less letters, a bead the same size can be used as a space holder. If you have longer names, use your initials with plain beads as space holders. Or the beads can be left out and the center can be just split rings.
